WRAP ® is a remarkable, practical self-mastery and wellness program that encourages a deep development of self-awareness.
WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) was born out of the mental health system in the US – created by Mary Ellen Copeland. It has great benefit for people outside and inside the mental health system, including use in businesses and for-profit companies to encourage self-care.
