WRAP CAFE Online
Anybody who has completed WRAP level 1 are welcome to attend. People interested in finding out more about WRAP are also welcome to come along and observe.
WRAP ® is a remarkable, practical self-mastery and wellness program that encourages a deep development of self-awareness.
WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) was born out of the mental health system in the US – created by Mary Ellen Copeland. It has great benefit for people outside and inside the mental health system, including use in businesses and for-profit companies to encourage self-care.
WRAP provides you with the framework you need to create a customised toolkit filled with skills and strategies to improve your well-being and resilience.
Every Monday evenings at 6.30 pm in TRC are hosting in partnership with Munster Wellbeing.

Keep the light shining for Hope and Healing for all people globally who are unwell and need of healing. For all the frontline staff, doctors, nurses, emergency services, testers, researchers, healthcare workers, social workers, cleaners, cooks, delivery services, transport systems, police, educators, everyone who is staying their distance away from each other and you who keeps the candle of HOPE lighting.
2018 TRC Annual General Meeting will take place next Tuesday the 29th of October 2019 at 5.30 pm at 25 Oliver Plunkett Street Mullingar.Recent event seen the College attend numerous National conferences for example Aontas and Disability and older Persons conference. Volunteer members engaged in Mental health and engagement Forum Training in Longford.
